We are looking for a leader who can develop and build long lasting relationships with assigned portfolio of our enterprise customers with a holistic perspective to solve their business problems through excellence in delivery.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting trusted advisor relationship with the customers.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to product and service delivery.
- Interact, conduct commerce, and liaise with top business and technology executives.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment, leading to strategic growth of sustainable and profitable revenue.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with clients’ needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
