Kyvos Insights, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you share while using Dialogs, our conversational analytics app (the “App”). The App is available across desktop, mobile, Android, and iOS platforms.

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the steps we take to protect your information.

Dialogs is an application designed to facilitate chat-driven interaction and analytics across enterprise tools and systems. The App is not intended for sharing or storing personal or sensitive data.

Dialogs is designed with user privacy in mind and minimizes data collection. Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
Technical Information:
Device type, browser, operating system, and general usage metadata.

Interaction Logs (limited and optional):
Depending on configuration (if applicable), anonymized or pseudonymized interaction data may be processed solely for analytics and product improvement.

Minimal Personal Data Required:
The App only requires you to submit your name and email address. Data like phone number, or any personally Identifiable Information (PII) is not needed.

Any Information collected is used only for:

1. Improving App performance and reliability
2. Supporting product development and analytics
3. Debugging and technical support

We do not sell, rent, or use your Information for advertising or profiling purposes.

Data will be stored once the user uploads it for analysis. The same data will not be shared with any 3rd party application. The data can be removed once the user deletes it after the purpose is complete.

Technical logs are stored temporarily for debugging and maintenance purposes and deleted automatically after a defined period.

Dialogs may integrate with third-party enterprise tools only upon explicit configuration. We do not access or process third-party data unless required for the functionality of the App.

We do not independently access, store, or process any data from third-party systems unless necessary for the functionality and only under enterprise authorization.

We take the security of your interactions seriously. Measures we implement include:

1. Encryption – All communication between the App and backend services are secured using industry-standard encryption protocols.
2. Access Controls – Only authorized personnel have access to backend infrastructure and systems.
3. Anonymization – Any diagnostic or session data collected is anonymized to remove user or session-specific identifiers.
4. Regular testing – We perform security assessments and penetration tests to ensure ongoing protection.

We employ industry-standard administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the App and any associated data transmissions. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is intended for business and enterprise use only and not directed to children under 13 years of age. We don’t knowingly collect any data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the App or on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
