US Export Statements

This is the Kyvos export compliance list with our products and respective self-classified Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) and eligible license exception information, per the United States Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, Export Administration Regulations.

Kyvos does not publish Export Control Classification Numbers or EAR99 designations for software delivered only as a Managed service (“SaaS”), in accordance with the treatment of SaaS under the current Export Administration Regulations.

All information on this export compliance document is strictly a recommendation to the user and should be used in conjunction with the Export Administration Regulations when classifying Kyvos products and services for export purposes.

Kyvos makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy or reliability of the classifications listed in this page. Any use of such classifications by the user, is without recourse to Kyvos and is at the users’ own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that use of the software follows the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.

Kyvos is in no way responsible for any damages whether direct, consequential, incidental, or otherwise, suffered by the user because of using or relying upon such classifications, for any purpose whatsoever.

Regardless of classification, Kyvos products and services are not to be used in the following embargoed countries or regions in contravention of U.S. laws: Crimea, Luhansk or Donetsk regions, Republic of Cuba, Islamic Republic of Iran, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, and the Syrian Arab Republic.
